Trelawny businessman changes plea.
Deon Adams, aka “Killer,” who pleaded guilty of raping a 12-year old girl, changed his plea when he came up for sentencing on Wednesday.
Allegations are that in 2012, Adams posed as a taxi driver and picked up a 12-year old girl who was on her way to school.
Two years later, the alleged victim pointed Adams out to a family member.

A Trelawny businessman who pleaded guilty to allegations of raping a minor at knifepoint in the Trelawny Circuit Court last week changed his plea when he returned to court for sentencing on Wednesday.
The accused, 47-year-old Deon Adams who is of a Stewart Castle, Trelawny address informed the court that it was his lawyer who advised him to plea guilty.
The accused is scheduled to appear in court on Friday.
