Ever since we announced that Trelawny was the second safest parish, we have been having a murder it seems, every few days. First there was the murder of a man in Davis Pen, then a woman was killed, allegedly by her jealous lover, in Deeside. Now today, there is one more, in a quiet, farming community in southern Trelawny, where murders are rare.
From 3 Jamaica:
The members of the crime fighting groups in Southern Trelawny were put to work this morning after a man was found with his throat cut.
The details of the murder are not quite clear as investigations are still underway.
Allegations, however, are that a man residing in the Barrett Hill community of Ulster Spring, Trelawny was found dead this morning after his throat was cut.
The name is being withheld pending the completion of police investigations.
