The life of a West Kingston higgler was taken early Wednesday morning as a result of a stabbing incident. The Falmouth Police are investigating and the identity of the victim has been withheld as part of the investigation.
There is no clear information surrounding the early morning killing.
The Falmouth police are probing the fatal stabbing of a West Kingston higgler in Falmouth during the wee hours Wednesday morning.
He reportedly plied his trade in the popular Falmouth “Bend Down” market on Wednesdays.
Reports are that about 3:30am the higgler, who hails of a Denham Town address, turned up at the Falmouth Hospital with stab wounds and died while undergoing treatment.
His identity has so far been withheld by the Falmouth police who are investigating. Information on the circumstances surrounding the stabbing incident remain unclear.
Vendors from all across the island trade their wares at the flea market on the grounds of the Falmouth market on Wednesdays.
